Biography
Hello, my name is Ashley Eppich, and I am a middle school ELA teacher at Academy Del Sol-Star Valley. I have been teaching at Academy Del Sol since October 2020 and started as a 3rd grade teacher. I have a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education. I received my BA from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2015 and My M. Ed. from Grand Canyon University in 2019.
I grew up in Kansas and moved to Mesa, AZ in 98 with my family. Where I graduated high school from Mesa High. Right after high school I joined the Air Force and was stationed in Alaska and Texas. While in the Air Force I worked as Admin and got to see places I could only dream of. After separating from the Air Force, I moved to Louisiana and lived there for
almost 12 years. While living in Louisiana I was a member of the Louisiana Army National Guard where I was a Military Police Officer. I served a total of 11 years in the military.
I moved back to Arizona and Tucson in August 2020. It feels great to be back in one of my home states and to live in Tucson. In my spare time I enjoy reading, coloring, writing, crocheting and of course building with Lego. I also enjoy
anything outdoors and spending time with my fiancé, my two cats and three dogs. I also love to travel got the chance to go to Israel in 2020. Being from Kansas I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. Coffee and Dr. Pepper are my go to drinks.
