Principal’s Message

Dear Firebird Families,
 
As we pass the halfway point of our school year, I would like to take a moment and reflect on the school year so far. We have had a remarkable journey that has been filled with growth, learning, and achievement. We are proud of the accomplishments of our students in academics, sports, arts, and various extracurricular activities. Their enthusiasm and passion have truly made Star Valley a special place.
 
We are enthusiastic about our future and the opportunities it holds as we continue towards the end of this school year. We have some exciting events planned, especially the end of the school year’s Celebration of Learning in May. This event will be a culmination of our students’ learning and will provide students with the opportunity to showcase not only what they learned but why it matters.
 
If you ever have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. We are here to support you in every way possible.

Mission Statement

Academy Del Sol’s mission is to provide a rigorous and superior academic, social, and behavioral education for dedicated and committed students, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, or ethnicity. This education will install students with the “essentials of academic knowledge” that include: reading, writing, mathematics, science, social science, and humanities, in order to compete, and be productive members of a capitalist society.
