Biography

Kim Richards is a seasoned professional with over 33 years of management experience.  After serving in the military for 22 years, Mrs. Richards retired from the army as an E-8 with meritorious honors.  After earning a bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix, Mrs. Richards continued working in the civilian business arena as an Accountant and Human Resource Director for Academy Del Sol for over 11 years.  Currently Mrs. Richards has also added the responsibilities of Vice Principal. 

Mrs. Richards as been married for over 40 years and has six beautiful daughters.  She also has two rescue dogs.  Mrs Richards and her husband enjoy traveling throughout the world and visiting their grandchildren.
